DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We dispatch orders within 1-2 days Mon-Fri. We offer standard and express delivery services. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is sent.

Our FLAMES edition range is only available to UK customers. We do not send or accept orders outside of the UK for this edition.

 

RETURNS 

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn with all original tags attached. Socks must be unopened and sealed with their original tags.

To initiate a return please visit our returns centre. You will need to enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. The dispatch note or order confirmation email must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. FLAMES will not cover any return costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining the proof of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and be in touch by email. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 working days for the refunded amount to show in your account.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


FAULTY ITEMS

In the unprecedented case of receiving a faulty item, please get in touch with us right away with your order number and details of the fault to our customer service team. We will address the issue by means of a refund or replacement where applicable.
